How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping (within the U.S.) is free.  Shipping to Canada and Mexico costs a flat $5.00.  All other international shipping is $10.00.


Does shipping include tracking information?

Yes, all orders shipped domestically (within the United States) include tracking.  Tracking number and related information will be sent automatically once the product ships.

With which carrier do you ship?

We ship all products via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).


How long do products take to ship?

All products ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Refunds or exchanges are offered in the event of a product defect, though issues of availability could arise according to remaining stock.  For any incidents, please contact us using the contact page. 

I missed out on a particular item.  Will there be a restock?

Keeping true to our promise of exclusivity, there will be no restocking of any of our goods.  We stand by this idea to honor the value and rarity of our limited-run items.
